This modern vacant 4-room apartment is located in the center of Berlin and is the best base from which to explore Berlin, as well as to take part in events such as the Berlin Marathon, International Consumer Electronics Show, Green Week, etc.

You can walk to all major sights, the Berlin Wall, Oranienburger Straße and New Synagogue, Unter den Linden («Under the Linden Trees»), Hackescher Markt («Hack Market»), Checkpoint Charlie, the Brandenburg Gate and Museum Island — all is nearby. The best of the popular variety of establishments, restaurants, bars are located right next to the building. Shopping places can be reached on foot at Alexanderplatz («Alexander Square») or Friedrichstraße.

The apartment has 4 spacious separate rooms with beds or box beds, flat screen TV, branded towels, linens, fully equipped kitchenette, branded appliances.

IMPORTANT: Please note that my apartment is not subject to a law in Berlin prohibiting short term rentals. My apartment is legal commercial property within the building, with a legally established right to use it
